Who Books a Sports & Deep Tissue Massage Here
Athletes & Sports Players
Regular training and competition put load through muscles and joints that can leave you tight or fatigued between sessions.
Gym-Goers & Weight Trainers
Regular lifting or training can leave tight areas around the shoulders, back and legs that benefit from focused attention.
Manual & Physical Workers
Jobs that involve lifting, standing or repetitive movement place ongoing strain on the body that a focused massage can address.
Everyday Muscle Tension
Not everyone booking has a specific injury. Many come simply for hands-on attention to tight or tense muscles, assessed and treated in the same 60-minute visit.
